Terms and Conditions

This website (the “Website”) is operated by Skechers (Thailand) Limited (“SKECHERS”).

These Terms of Service, together with any other terms and conditions that may appear on the Website from time to time (collectively, the “Terms”), set out the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of the Website.

By accessing this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms without modification, you are not authorised to access or use the Website.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age or that you are using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Copyright

All content included on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics and code, is protected by copyright laws and is the property of SKECHERS or its licensors.

SKECHERS permits you to electronically copy and print portions of the Website solely for the purpose of placing an order with us.

Product Orders

All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by SKECHERS at its sole discretion.

Without limiting the above, SKECHERS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that is intended to be delivered to a freight forwarding service or similar service, whether or not the order has already been confirmed.

If your credit card has been charged for an order that is subsequently cancelled, SKECHERS will arrange for the relevant amount to be refunded to your credit card account.

Pricing

SKECHERS makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all product prices displayed on the Website are accurate. However, pricing errors may occur.

Such errors may result in a product being displayed at a price that is lower or higher than the correct price.

SKECHERS reserves the right to cancel any order affected by a pricing or discount error.

The Website and all content available on the Website are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

shall continue to apply after termination of these Terms.
